Section II: Specific Terms for Job Seekers

1. Representation Agreement

By registering with our recruitment services, you authorize Hire Horizon to represent you in seeking suitable employment opportunities and to share your profile with prospective employers.

2. No Direct Contact

Once Hire Horizon has introduced you to a prospective employer, you agree not to contact or enter into any form of employment or contract with that employer directly, unless facilitated by us, for a period of 12 months from the date of introduction.

3. Notification Requirement

If you are offered a position (full-time, part-time, freelance, or contract) by an employer we introduced you to, you must notify us immediately.

4. Breach of Agreement

In the event you bypass Hire Horizon and enter into an agreement with an employer introduced by us, we reserve the right to pursue compensation equal to the full placement fee that would have been earned from the hiring employer.

5. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any employer information provided to you through our services.

Section III: Specific Terms for Employers

1. Candidate Introduction

Any candidate introduced by Hire Horizon shall be considered proprietary to our agency for a period of 12 months from the date of introduction.

2. No Direct Hire

You agree not to approach, hire, or engage any candidate introduced by us directly or indirectly without our involvement and without paying the agreed recruitment fee, within the 12-month exclusivity period.

3. Placement Fees

In the event of a successful hire, you agree to pay the placement fee as agreed upon in the service agreement or invoice issued by Hire Horizon.

4. Notification Requirement

You are required to inform us promptly if an offer of employment is made or accepted by a candidate we have introduced, whether directly or through any third party.

5. Breach of Agreement

If you breach this agreement by hiring a referred candidate directly or through another means, Hire Horizon reserves the right to claim the full placement fee and take legal action to recover damages.

6. Confidentiality

All candidate information shared with you is confidential and must not be shared or used for purposes other than intended recruitment.
